how to import bankruptcy predication dataset with 15 variables

Hi all I want to import my dataset which consists of 15 variables with one output (bankrupt/non bankrupt) but I can not figure out exactly how to import them so I can use them for the Neural network, Also how to create a hybrid model for NN and SVM in Matlab
knowing that I am totaly beginner in matlab
please help

Why is a beginner interested in using a hybrid model? I don't see the point.
Just concentrate on obtaining the best of both types and compare.

thanks for reply its for my phd, there are many other software but I want to use matlab,
I loaded the variables as matrix while the output which is (0,1) loaded as matrix too with two values 1 0 as in example dataset given
trained the network, now I want to know how to test the NN so when put new cases with the same variables numbers give me the NN predication whether to be one or zero?
